Shake bottle before use. Place drops under the tongue, hold for a minute or two then swallow.
Recommended Starting Dosage: A small percentage (2%) of users may initially experience detoxification symptoms. If you wish to minimise the chances of experiencing this Strauss suggest you start with 4 drops three times a day for the first week, increasing to 8 drops in the second week, then 12 drops for the third week.
In the fourth week go to the Recommended Dosage: 1ml - 2.5ml 3 times a day, ideally half an hour before or two or more hours after meals. Alternatively you can start on the full dosage immediately.
If your tongue is sensitive to the spicy drops, work your way up to the target level. Start with as little as 1 or 2 drops a day then add a drop (or desired amount) a day until comfortable taking the entire dose.
The longer you keep the drops under your tongue, the less spicy they are to swallow. If you absolutely must, dilute the drops in water or juice and take on an empty stomach.
