I treat each person as an individual. I work with each person to address their health needs, taking all the factors of their lives into account.
My ideal clients are people, who are wanting to use non-drug approaches to either maintain or regain their health. People, who realise, that health is a continuum and that by investing in health promotion rather than disease management, they can change the trajectory of their health journey.

Hi I’m Adele and I’m really excited to be joining the Windsor Health Team. My biggest challenge will be not to spend all my wages in the shop. I feel we literally have everything and every day I am learning more about our products and discovering more wonderful gifts hiding on our shelves.

In my down time I am a proud mum of two boys and 1 dog. My family time keeps me busy enough. Pop on in and say hi. I look forward to meeting all our wonderful customers.
