Hops is most commonly used to enhance the flavour of beer. This herb supports relaxation ad normal sleep cycles. Hops is also used to help maintain muscle relaxation and digestion. Hops is taken with honey or other sweeteners.
Steep 1-2 teaspoons of herb in a cup of boiled water for 5-10 minutes. Cool, strain and drink. Take two to three times daily.
Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women. May cause an allergic skin rash. Seek professional health advice if suffering from a medical condition or taking medication before supplementing.
