SUGGESTED USE
Boil ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon Bark in water for 10-15 minutes. Cool, strain and drink.
CAUTIONS
Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Some people may develop bronchial constriction or skin rash after exposure to cinnamon. Avoid this herb if have a known allergy to cinnamon.
