Cinnamon has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. This herb supports normal blood sugar, cholesterol and pressure levels. Cinnamon also helps maintain normal digestive and intestinal function. Cinnamon Bark makes a woody and spicy tea.
Boil ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon Bark in water for 10-15 minutes. Cool, strain and drink.
Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Some people may develop bronchial constriction or skin rash after exposure to cinnamon. Avoid this herb if have a known allergy to cinnamon.
