Burdock root tea 200g
Burdock Root is rich in inulin and mucilage. These nutrients support gastrointestinal health and digestion. This herb also supports the immune system against winter challenges.
Steep ½ teaspoon of herb in a cup of boiled water for 10-15 minutes. Cool, strain and drink. Take up to three times daily.
Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. People with a confirmed sensitivity to inulin or allergy to burdock should avoid taking this herb.
