Aconite
The homoeopathic remedy Aconite Napellus is manufactured from the herb commonly known as Monkshood.
Aconite has beneficial calming and settling properties and assists the body's response to temperature imbalances.
In homeopathy, aconite is used to treat fear, anxiety, and restlessness; acute sudden fever; symptoms from exposure to dry, cold weather or very hot weather; tingling, coldness, and numbness; influenza or colds with congestion; and heavy, pulsating headaches.
Dosage
Oral Spray
Acute: Take 2 sprays per dose orally every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required.
Chronic: Take 2 sprays per dose orally 3 times a day as required.
Liquid
Acute: Take 4 drops per dose orally every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required.
Chronic: Take 4 drops per dose orally 3 times a day as required.
Tablets
Acute: 2 tablets per dose every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses then 3 times per day as required.
Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.
Chronic: 2 tablets per dose 3 times per day as required.
