What is a probiotic?

This represents an enormous number of bacteria. The reason we need so many bacteria inside us is because we require them for many beneficial actions within the body. They help keep our digestive system healthy, help us digest food, make certain nutrients that we are unable to make ourselves and help maintain a healthy immune system.

No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.

Free from gluten, wheat, eggs, nuts, yeast and salt.

Directions

Using a dry spoon, take 3g (1 metric teaspoon) daily. Mix into water, juice, milk or sprinkle on your breakfast cereal. 

Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store at 2°C to 8°C. (Refrigerate. Do not freeze.)
