Colecalciferol (microencapsulated Vitamin D3) 25 micrograms (1000 IU)
Free from: Gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, eggs and nuts.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily for skin health, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Children over 2 years: Take the contents of 1 capsule, as a powder, once-daily mixed with water, milk or formula to support skin health.
