Solgar Skin, Nails and Hair is a complete formulated with nutrients that help keep healthy collagen production thus helping to support the manufacture of skin, hair and nails as well as general connective tissue support such as joints, blood vessels and the eyes.
As we age our collagen production can decrease causing loss of elasticity and firmness contributing signs of aging.
The synergistic nutritional ingredients including MSM a sulphur compound, Vitamin C, copper, zinc, amino acids L-proline and L- lysine and Red Algae all play crucial roles in the synthesis of collagen and keratin supporting the anti-aging process.
Each 2 Tablets Provide:

Red Algae (L. corallioides powder) 150 mg
Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic acid) 120 mg

Directions
As a food supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Precautions
Caution with warfarin (due to MSM content).
