Solgar Potassium tablet provides 99 mg of potassium. This mineral is an important electrolyte for the function of muscle, cardiovascular health, nerves and fluid balance with in the body and helping move nutrients into cells.
Even with low potassium levels in the body, the kidneys will continue to excrete it. But the body relies on potassium balance for a regular contracting heart and healthy nervous so it is vital for its balance.
This mineral is important in sports nutrition, blood pressure management. Sweating, diarrhoea and some medication such as diuretic can deplete the body of potassium.

Directions
