Health House was founded by David Coory – author of NZ’s best selling health book “Stay Healthy – by supplying what’s lacking in your diet” and we have been supplying quality, natural health products and health books since 1986.

The Stay Healthy book is New Zealand’s top selling health book and we have been updating and improving it constantly. It is now in its 10th edition and nearly 90,000 copies have been sold.

When the Stay Healthy book was first published readers would often contact us and ask where they could buy supplements to provide the minerals they lacked.

After unsuccessful attempts to source suitable products from overseas, David contracted a New Zealand company to make a complete mineral/vitamin supplement and CAA was born. We have made many improvements to CAA over the years and recently renamed it CAA-Multi.

In 2008 Health House took over the manufacturing of its products so we could maintain the highest level of quality and control. In 2014 a brand new purpose built building was constructed in Tauranga. This also allowed us to have all parts of the business on one site and our customers can see the factory operating when they visit our onsite retail outlet. The factory has temperature and humidity controlled clean rooms and is annually audited to ensure compliance with New Zealand Food Safety Standards.
